Here is a stump and large mound recently removed in Annapolis. I used paint to mark the mound in orange. This illustrated the total area I needed to grind to remove the stump and the raised rootball area effectively.

This unique stump removal was in Sykesville. The tree had uprooted. Generally, the tree should be cut closer to the stump in these situations. However, I used the grinder to complete the job. The homeowner used their tractor to put the mulch into a big pile.

A couple of large stumps we ground for a tree company in Reisterstown. The tree company had cleared a large portion of the lot, but their stump grinder was not functional to complete the job. That is where we came in to lend a helping hand.

This was probably the ugliest stump of 2019. Located in Davidsonville, this stump was part of a clearing project for an Eagle Scout. For his project he had decided to clean around an old radio transmitter. It was mostly small shrub stumps, except for this monstrosity.

A row of pine stumps in Pasadena. I usually like to show the crazy, large, unique stumps we do, but this is a more realistic look. A good portion of our jobs are doing smaller stumps like this. We do it all.

To follow up the last one, this is another good job to show the scope of work we do. These are not big stumps, but enough where the homeowner did not want to try and dig them out by hand. We came in and now the area is ready to be replanted. This job was in Annapolis.

A stump, mound, and roots removed in Ellicott City. I used marking paint to identify the roots that we would remove. Not only does this allow me to show the customer exactly which ones are included, it helps me see them more clearly during the messy process.

This might be the follow up for ugliest stump of 2019. The tree was overgrown and its roots were pushing up the plastic planter bed liner, sidewalk, and driveway. We turned it into a big pile of mulch and dirt.

An uprooted stump we recently removed in Glenelg, Maryland. After this large tree blew over in their front yard, we removed the stump so the homeowners could flatten the area and replant grass in the spring. Note: the owners used pink flags to mark where their electric dog fence was, this is necessary to avoid hitting the wire.

Two large stumps we removed in Arnold, Maryland. This job was particularly difficult because one stump had grown into the chainlink fence beside it. The stumps were successfully removed so the owners could put a new fence up along their property line.

Before & After of a stump we removed in Crofton, Maryland. The sidewalk was replaced next to the stump prior to the stumps removal. This made the job more difficult because the stump was only several inches away from the fresh concrete. It would have definitely been better to grind the stump beforehand, but we were able to work around it!

A tall stump we removed in Annapolis, Maryland. We can grind tall stumps such as this one. Although, it is cheaper the lower to the ground the stump is cut since there is less for us to grind.

An uprooted pine stump we removed in Ellicott City, Maryland. The homeowners association was repeatedly sending the owner letters informing them the stump had to be removed. After getting a call, we quickly removed the stump for them to solve the issue.

An absolute monster we removed in Brookyln Park, Maryland. The owner had just had the old driveway torn up and needed the stump gone before the new driveway could be installed.
